Let’s face it, 2011 will go down in history as being a sensationally awful year.
A lot of bad things happened in the past twelve months, almost too many to mention… and one of them is just about my lack of posts.
Inner city riots returned to the streets of England. Several cities suffered nearly five days of disturbances following the shooting of Mark Duggan in London. Throughout the year there have been questions over whether the Euro currency will survive as a result of the on-going European financial debt crisis.
As I mentioned earlier, I have posted less often than I did last year. Here is a rundown of how many I did every month.
- January: 2
- March: 6
- April: 8
- May: 7
- June: 4
- July: 9
- August: 4
- September: 7
- October: 6
- November: 2
- December: 4 (including this post).
Because of the gaps inbetween my posts, I recently set up a Facebook page (which I’m already having problems with) in which I post links to news issues of the day.
I’m glad to say good riddance to this year and will be looking forward to 2012. Have a great New Year.
