If a small motley crew of climate-change protesters can cause disruption to a major airport, lord help us if there is another serious terrorist attack on our shores. Once again, poor security at high-profile places will increase the perception that Britain is an easy place to blow up. It is also a puzzle why the government persists in allowing airports to expand.
